While logged in to the iMineIVF patient app, your login credentials are limited to 3 anonymous non-identifiable credentials: patient unique serial number generated by the point of care, your date of birth and 3 letters identifier of the site of treatment.

We do not collect any Personal Health Information, nor any personally identifiable information such as but not limited to: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number and information about your interests in and use of various products, programs, and services.

How We Use the Information

We solely use the app login credentials information to communicate with the clinic server in order to grant you access to your patient chart details as shared by the authorized clinic management and notify you of any changes made to your treatment regimen.

We do not use any non-personally identifiable information or collect it to improve the design and content of our app nor to personalize your app experience.

We do not use any information in the aggregate to analyze app usage, or to offer you products, programs, or services.

We may disclose personally identifiable information in response to legal process, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's request, or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
